When I started looking for my first trainer, I knew what kind of trainer would be effective for me.
No drill sergeants.
Someone invested in my well-being.
I was looking for a partner, not just a trainer.
During the time Brandon and I worked together, he worked at my pace and customized our time together to make the most impact for my goals. We covered all the basics like fitness goals, prior injuries, and diet. What I didn't expect was the level of thoughtfulness that Brandon put into our sessions. Not only did I see some quick results, I was also kept engaged through random breaks in format like boxing days, exercises focusing on balance, and an overall strengthening of my entire body. I gained more confidence in myself and empowered to even exercise on my own. I'd describe Brandon as an extremely knowledgeable expert on all things related to wellness. The most important takeaway from my time with Brandon is the confidence in myself knowing I've got an expert in fitness and a trusted friend on my side."

Brandon was inspiration to me because he displayed acts of human kindness/service not only to me but by literally running to a kitchen/shelter for homeless people to chop veggies for 2-3 hrs. during his spare time (then run back to train clients at the gym).
Despite my injuries, he patiently listened and devised a fun plan for us to achieve my attainable goal of doing at least one chin up in my family competition...after 3 months, I did it !! Wow! He worked around my weaknesses but my weaknesses also gained strength. We worked darn hard!
Brandon was always cheery, genuinely happy to be at work, physically giving me his all even though he was studiously challenged w/studies, papers, exams, etc...and were so doggone honest about everything. I looked forward to every session, 3x week, and my confidence soared and my golf ball had an extra “oomph” behind each shot. So glad we had golf in common. He had sooo many clients at Bay Club and it was obvious he treated each individual special to the extent that easy trusting friendships were formed. When he shared he was moving to Ohio to accept the internship at Ohio State, we were all like lost sheep...we asked each other what we were going to do w/o him...it was really devastating/hard for us but deep down in our hearts we wanted the best for him and Trish and knew the doors of opportunity would open up...more like the floodgates!
I could go on and on but I always knew he wasn’t in it for the money: his agenda was to help/serve people and give back in unique ways which matched his personality and big heart. "

Brandon is a cheerful, charismatic and effective trainer. We trained with him ~4x/week for 2.5 years until he abandoned us to pursue a Master’s degree. He tailored workouts to our particular needs - weight training, agility, Kenpo. He even Made Cardio Great Again! Brandon's superb knowledge of physiology coupled with his thoughtful form cues (“Shoulders back!” “Proud Chest!” “Still as a statue!”) gave us confidence we were targeting the right muscle at the right intensity. With him, we obtained the muscle definition and strength gains we were after.
His sessions were always superbly executed and fun! When strength training, he started with the most challenging exercises, targeting large muscle groups, early in the session so the workout got easier as we fatigued. On “blurry” Saturday mornings, he would come up with an array of super-fun total body exercises ( boxing, agility ladder, battle ropes, wall balls, sled pushes). His workouts left us refreshed and primed for the day - and, always looking forward to our next 6 AM “B90X” session! Run, Jump, Lunge and Bear Crawl at the chance to secure Brandon as your trainer!"
